I have opened up Wednesday evenings at a secondary office location at:  4131 Spicewood Springs Road – Suite N5 Austin, TX 78758.  I still use the Shoal Creek office for all other days.

I anticipate joining the Cigna panel soon.  I will update this site with the effective date.

I am now a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare.  I anticipate becoming a provider for Humana and Beacon.  I will update this site whenever I am open to new panels.
